The use of hydrocolloids such as Xanthan gum or Cellulose derivatives needed to reinforce and protect the liquid crystalline phase against dehydrating factors such as temperature increase can be avoided with the use of STABILGREEN K which stabilizes O/W systems and, in some cases, even W/O systems.
